Ingredients: Wild Yam Root Powder, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).

Directions:

Take two capsules daily, preferably with meals or may be taken as a tea by opening capsules into a cup, then adding hot water. If needed take up to three capsules three times daily for one week. Discontinue use for at least one day after a week of increased use. Do not exceed stated dose.
